API Works (hereinafter referred to as "we") develops and operates smartphone applications (hereinafter referred to as "the app"). By using this app, you agree to these terms and conditions.

We will collect the following user information when using the app.

In the apps we deliver, we use Google AdMob for ad delivery. We obtain advertising IDs for ad delivery, but we do not use them to identify individuals. For details on the information collected, purpose of use, and provision to third parties, please refer to the following privacy policy link.

We do not guarantee that this app will meet the user's specific purposes, have expected functions, product value, accuracy, or usefulness, nor do we guarantee that no problems will occur.
We may change the specifications of the app at our discretion. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users in connection with the termination, modification, or unavailability of the app, loss of data or malfunction or damage to equipment caused by the use of the app, or any other matter related to the app.
